Cocoa and roasted coffee products are divided into two categories: cocoa products and roasted coffee. 1. Cocoa liquid blocks and cocoa cake blocks are products made from cocoa kernels through alkalization (or non alkalization), grinding, and other processes. Cocoa powder is a product made from powdered cocoa cake blocks. Cocoa butter is a product made from pure cocoa beans through processes such as cleaning, screening, roasting, shelling, grinding, and machine pressing.
