6.2.2 Sample quantity: Randomly select 2kg from the sample as the test sample. 6.3 Inspection 6.3.1 Before leaving the factory, products should be inspected batch by batch by the quality inspection department in accordance with the provisions of this standard. After passing the inspection, a quality certificate can be issued before leaving the factory. Factory inspection items: sensory, packaging, net content are mandatory items for each batch, and other items are subject to irregular sampling inspection. 6.3.2 Type inspection shall be conducted at least once a year. In case of any of the following situations, type inspection shall also be conducted: a) When replacing equipment or resuming production after long-term shutdown; b) When there are significant fluctuations in raw materials; c) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; d) when the national quality supervision agency conducts spot checks. 6.3.3 Type inspection items: The items specified in 4.4 of this standard. 6.4 Judgment Rules 6.4.1 Factory Inspection Judgment and Re-inspection 6.4.1.1 If all the factory inspection items meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be deemed as qualified. 6.4.1.2 If one of the factory inspection items does not meet the requirements of this standard, double random sampling can be conducted for the retest of that item. 6.4.2 Type inspection judgment and re inspection 6.4.2.1 All type inspection items meet the requirements of this standard and are deemed as qualified products. 6.4.2.2 If no more than 3 of the type inspection items do not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling and retesting can be conducted. If one item does not meet the requirements of this standard after retesting, it will be deemed as a non-conforming product. If more than 3 items do not meet the requirements of this standard, they should not be retested and judged as unqualified products
