This standard specifies the method for measuring the freezing point of raw milk using a thermistor cryometer, which is a national standard for food safety. This standard is applicable to the determination of the freezing point of raw milk. The principle is that the raw milk sample is supercooled to an appropriate temperature. When the tested milk sample is cooled to -3 ℃, the sample undergoes crystallization by instantaneously releasing heat. After the sample temperature reaches equilibrium, the temperature rises no more than 0.5 m ℃ within 20 seconds. At this point, the temperature is the freezing point of the sample. Unless otherwise specified, the reagents and materials used in this method are all analytical pure or above grade, and the water is the second grade water specified in GB/T 6682
