Determination of 16 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in grains and vegetables 2.1 Principle: The organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in the sample are extracted with organic solvents, and the interfering substances are removed through liquid-liquid distribution and chromatography purification. The detection is carried out using an electron capture detector, and the retention time of the chromatographic peak is used for qualitative analysis, while the external standard method is used for quantitative analysis. 2.2 Reagents and materials. Unless otherwise specified, only reagents and distilled water or water of equivalent purity determined to be analytically pure shall be used in the analysis. 2.2.1 Petroleum ether: Boiling range 60 C~90 C. Re steam. 2.2.2 Benzene: heavy steaming. 2.2.3 Acetone: re evaporate. 2.2.4 Ethyl acetate: steam again. 2.2.5 Anhydrous sodium sulfate. 2.2.6 Flori silica: for chromatography, burn at 620 ° C for 4 hours before use. Bake at 140 ° C for 2 hours before use. Inactivate with 5% water while hot. 2.2.7 Pesticide standards: see Table 1
