A. 1 General regulations

Unless otherwise specified in this standard, the purity of the reagents used should be above analytical purity. The standard titration solution used, impurity determination standard solution, preparation, and products should be prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB/T601, GB/T602, and GB/T603. The test water should comply with the provisions of GB/T6682. The solution used in the experiment refers to aqueous solution when no specific solvent is specified for preparation

A.2.2.1 Add sufficient sodium borate (Na2B4O7 · 10H2O) test solution (20g/L) to the sample solution, so that the pH of the solution exceeds 9, and the solution forms gel

A.2.2.2 Weigh 1.5g of the sample and 1.5g of xanthan gum, and mix evenly. Under rapid stirring, add the mixture to a 400mL beaker containing 300mL of 80 ℃ water. Stir until the mixture dissolves and continue stirring for 30 minutes (maintain the solution temperature above 60 ℃ during stirring). Stop stirring and allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours. After the temperature drops below 40 ℃, a strong and viscoelastic colloid is formed. The separate 10g/L sample control solution or xanthan gum control solution does not form this gel

The pH of the 10g/L sample solution should be between 5.5 and 8.0

Weigh 2.0g of the sample and dissolve it in a 250mL beaker containing 150mL of water and 1.5mL of sulfuric acid.
