The quantitatively packaged goods subject to inspection should be products that have passed the self inspection of the production enterprise, or imported or distributed goods. When using this rule, Attention should be paid to using the current valid versions of the cited literature mentioned above. 3 Terminology and Symbols 3.1 Terminology 3.1.1 Products in prepackages A product that is pre packaged with packaging materials or containers and has a predetermined quantity value (or quantity) before sale. 3.1.2 Products in prepackages with fixed content: Quantitative packaged goods refer to pre packaged goods with unified quality, volume, length, area, or counting labels within a certain quantity limit for sales purposes. 3.1.3 Same kind products in prepackages with fixed content are quantitatively packaged goods produced by the same producer, with the same variety, marked net content, packaging specifications, and packaging materials. 3.1.1.4 Misleading prepackage. The production, appearance, introduction, labeling, or filling of product packaging may mislead consumers. 3.1.5 Net quantity The amount of goods contained inside, excluding packaging containers and other packaging materials. Note: No matter the packaging materials of the product or any other materials packaged with the product, they shall not be recorded as net content. The seasoning bags, forks, etc. in instant noodles are not counted as net content. 3.1.6 Marked Net Content refers to the net content of the product indicated by the producer or seller on the packaging of quantitatively packaged goods. 3.1.7 Actual Quantity The actual quantity contained in quantitatively packaged goods determined by a metrological inspection agency authorized by the quality and technical supervision department in accordance with these inspection rules. 3.1.8 Metrology inspection
