1. Scope: This standard applies to animal derived aquatic products. 2. Terms and definitions. 2.1 Animal derived aquatic products are made from fresh or frozen animal derived aquatic products as the main raw materials, with or without additives, and processed through corresponding processes. This includes instant animal derived aquatic products, prefabricated animal derived aquatic products, and other animal derived aquatic products, excluding canned animal derived aquatic products. 2.2 Instant animal derived aquatic products can be consumed directly. Animal derived aquatic products that do not require further heat treatment can be used for crystallization, including instant raw animal derived aquatic products and cooked animal derived aquatic products. 2.2.1 Instant raw animal based aquatic products are made from fresh and frozen animal based aquatic products as raw materials. Aquatic products that are processed cleanly before consumption and can be consumed directly without heating. This includes pickled raw food animal derived aquatic products and ready-to-eat raw food animal derived aquatic products. 2.2.1.1 Pickled raw food animal based aquatic products are made from live mud snails, shellfish, freshwater crabs, fresh or frozen animal based aquatic crystals such as sea crabs, fish roes, etc., and processed with salt or lees. They are directly edible pickled products. 2.2.1.2 Ready to eat raw animal aquatic products are directly edible aquatic products made from fresh, live, refrigerated, and frozen animal aquatic products such as fish, crustaceans, shellfish, and cephalopods that have been cleaned and processed without being pickled or cooked. 2.2.2 Cooked animal based aquatic products are made from fresh or frozen animal based aquatic products, with or without additives, and cooked. A directly edible aquatic product cooked through techniques such as frying, smoking, and drying. 2.3 Prefabricated animal based aquatic products are non edible products made from fresh or frozen animal based aquatic products with or without additives and processed through processes such as pickling, drying, mixing, sizing, and pasting. These products include salted aquatic products, prefabricated aquatic dried products, fish paste products, frozen paste products, breadcrumbs or batter wrapped fish pieces and fillets, and do not include raw aquatic products that are frozen after cleaning (cutting or shelling). 2.3.1 Salted fish are non edible salted aquatic products made from fresh and frozen fish through salt pickling processing
