It is made with or without water and other auxiliary materials, and is emulsified, quenched, or kneaded without quenching. It has a plasticity or motility similar to natural butter. 3 Technical requirements 3.1 Raw material requirements 3.1.1 Edible vegetable oil should comply with the provisions of GB2716. 3.1.2 Edible animal fats should comply with the provisions of GB 10146. 3.1.3 Other requirements should comply with corresponding food standards and relevant regulations. 3.2 Sensory requirements
