The first method is liquid chromatography. The sample is extracted with water, the high fat sample is defatted with n-hexane, and the high protein sample is precipitated with a protein precipitant. The protein is separated by liquid chromatography, detected by UV detector, and quantified by external standard method. Unless otherwise specified, all reagents and materials used in this method are analytical pure, and the water is the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682
