The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method replaces this standard and specifies the requirements for the determination of 503 pesticides and related chemicals residues in edible mushrooms Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 503 pesticides and related chemicals (see Appendix A and Appendix F) residues in black fungus and shiitake mushrooms. This standard is applicable to the qualitative identification of 503 pesticides and related chemicals in mushroom, golden needle mushroom, black fungus, and shiitake mushroom, and the quantitative determination of 478 pesticides and related chemicals. The detection limit for 478 quantifiable pesticides and related chemicals in this standard is 0.0013mg/kg -1.6mg/kg (see Appendix A)
