1 Scope

This standard is applicable to starch sugars.

2 Terms and Definitions

2.1 Starch Sugar

Liquid (solid) products made from starch or starchy matter through enzymatic, acid, or acid enzymatic processing, including edible glucose, oligomeric isomers
