This standard specifies three methods for the determination of melamine in raw milk and dairy products, including high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). This standard is applicable to the quantitative determination of melamine in raw milk, dairy products, and dairy products; Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (including gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry) are both applicable for the qualitative confirmation of melamine in raw milk, dairy products, and dairy products.
