This standard specifies the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) for the determination of multiple elements in food. The first method is applicable to the determination of boron, sodium, magnesium, aluminum, potassium, calcium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium, strontium, molybdenum, cadmium, tin, antimony, barium, mercury, cadmium, and lead in food; The second method is applicable to the determination of aluminum, boron, barium, calcium, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese, sodium, nickel, phosphorus, strontium, titanium, vanadium, and zinc in food. After digestion, the sample was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Qualitative analysis was carried out using the specific mass number (mass charge ratio, m/z) of the element, and the external standard method was used. The intensity ratio of the mass spectrum signal of the element to be measured and the internal standard element mass spectrum signal were proportional to the concentration of the element to be measured for quantitative analysis. Unless otherwise specified, all reagents and materials used in this method are high-grade pure, and the water is the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682. 3.1 Reagent 3.1.1: Nitric acid (HNO,); Superior purity or higher. 3.1.2 Argon (Ar): Argon (≥ 99.995%) or liquid argon. 3.1.3 Hydrogen (He): Helium (≥ 99.995%). 3.1.4 Gold element (Au) solution (1 o00 mg/L). 3.2 Reagent Preparation 3.2.1 Nitric Acid Solution (5+95): Take 50 ml of nitric acid, slowly add it to 950 mL of water, and mix well. 3.2.2 Mercury standard stabilizer; Dilute 2 mL of gold (Au) solution with nitric acid solution (5+95) to 1000 mL for the preparation of mercury standard solution. Note that the standard stabilizer for mercury can also be a mixed solution of 2 g/L cysteine hydrochloride and nitric acid (5+95), or other equivalent stabilizers. 3.3 Standard substance 3.3.1 Element storage solution (1000 mg/L or 100 mg/L): Lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, selenium, chromium, tin, copper, iron, manganese, zinc, nickel, aluminum, antimony, potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, boron, barium, strontium, molybdenum, titanium, vanadium, and cobalt, using single or multi element standard storage solutions certified by the country and awarded standard substance certificates
